  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging (including dust bags and tags), and free of pet hair (we love cats, but returns need to stay fresh!).
  • Proof: Provide order number or purchase receipt.

2. How Refunds Work

  • Processing Time: Refunds issued within ​5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Original Payment: Refunds go back to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, timing depends on your bank’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Easy Return Steps

  2. Ship It Back: We’ll send a prepaid label if applicable, or provide our return address.
  3. Track & Confirm: Once received, we’ll notify you and process your refund/exchange.

4. Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Final Sale: Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale” at checkout.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable, but purr-fect for treating fellow cat lovers.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Kitty-Purse arrives with flaws (e.g., scratched hardware, stitching issues):

  • Report Within 7 Days: Email photos and a description to support@kitty-purse.com.
  • Free Replacement/Refund: We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a solution.

6. Exchanges

  • Style/Color Swap: Available if the desired item is in stock.
  • Price Differences: Additional charges apply for upgrades; refunds issued for downgrades.
